Ilona Pászthy - Artistic Resume

Born in Hannover, Germany. After Ilona Pászthy has been trained as a dancer in Hannover and at Dansacademie Rotterdam, she worked as a dancer with different theatres and companies, including Tanztheater Irina Pauls, Leipzig, Kammerspiele Mainz with the Desperate Figures Dance Theatre, Tanzensemble Maja Lex / artistic direction Koni Hanft in Cologne. Since 2000 Ilona Pászthy is creating her own pieces, including

  • 2000 The Living Room  (has been awarded the second prize and the audience prize of the International Competition of contemporary Choreography 2001 in Belgium, nominated for the 11th Dance Prize awarded by SK-Stiftung Kultur, Cologne)
